No callout charges; we charge by the hour if we can fix it in the first hour with no parts all you'll pay is £65. If it takes longer or needs parts we will fully discuss all your options before carrying out any further work.
Annual Landlords Gas Safety Inspections. Includes electronic Landlords Gas Safety Certificate. All other landlords appliances serviced at the same time add £15 per appliance.
