OUR SERVICES

Landlords Gas Safety
To ensure your tenants’ safety, all gas appliances and flues need to undergo an annual gas safety check – which should always be carried out by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. Once this has been done, you'll be given a Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) with details of all the checks that were carried out.
You can arrange for a gas safety check to be carried out any time from 10-12 months after the last completed check, without affecting the original expected expiry date. If it’s less than 10 months or more than 12 months after the last check, you’ll end up with a new deadline date 12 months from the most recent check . Appliances owned by your tenants aren’t your direct responsibility - although it’s still up to you to ensure the safety of any connecting flues, unless they’re solely connected to the tenants’ appliance.
Service & Inspection
Gas safety in the home is critically important, that's why every gas appliance should be inspected annually to ensure it is still operating safely and working to the manufacturer's specification. Our annual service start from as little as £65.
Most manufactures recommend the boiler is given a periodic full strip down service every 5 or 6 years, we will advise you if and when your boiler needs this. There is an extra cost to these services as there is normally parts that must be replaced.
You will be automatically reminded every year when the next service is due.

Breakdown & Repair
Your gas boiler is a workhorse, everyday it keeps you warm and supplied with hot water. It has several moving parts and electronic components, it's no surprise they occasionally breakdown.
But when they do it shouldn't cost you a fortune, our breakdown service starts at £70 (for 1st hour onsite plus parts), and no call out charge.
We only ever use genuine manufacturer supplied parts. We carry a comprehensive stock of common parts on the van. If we need to order parts these are generally available next day, if not we'll keep you informed every step of the way to getting your boiler up and running again.
